Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data AIWheelTech collects, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain because we think you should actually be able to read it.
Who we are
AIWheelTech ("we", "us") is a UK-based business and the data controller for the personal data described here. Company registration is currently in progress; our full registered details will be published on this page once it completes. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us through the "Book a demo" form: your name, business name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address and approximate region) which we use only to keep the site secure and prevent spam.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information through this site.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our service.
Where your data lives
Everything is stored on our own infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Our AI runs in-house — we do not pass your enquiry through third-party "AI" APIs, and your data is not sent to servers outside the UK.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We only access it internally to handle your enquiry. We will disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights below).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
