Terms of Use

Last updated 3 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the AIWheelTech website and the free tools on it. By using the site you accept them. AIWheelTech is a UK-based business; company registration is in progress and our full registered details will be published here once it completes.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our platform, use the free fitment calculators, and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users.

Fitment tools — read this. The free calculators and any fitment data on this site are provided for guidance only. Wheel and tyre fitment is safety-critical. Always have a qualified fitter confirm clearance, load rating, bolt pattern, hub bore and torque before fitting or driving. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from reliance on a calculator result without professional verification.

Our content & intellectual property

The site design, software, branding, data, imagery and the AIWheelTech name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a demo doesn't create a contract. Any engagement, pricing, deposit and scope are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

No warranty

The site and free tools are provided "as is". While we work hard to keep our data accurate, we don't warrant that the site, the calculators or any information on it are error-free or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party sites, we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
