Who it’s for

Software for tyre shops and fast-fit centres.

A customer types a number plate, sees the tyres that fit at your price, and books a fitting slot. Behind it sits the diary, the job board, invoicing and stock. One system, hosted and run for you.

What you get

Built for how tyre shops actually work.

Registration lookup

The plate returns the exact vehicle and its tyre sizes, including staggered front and rear sizes. No size charts and no phone call.

Live prices from wholesaler feeds

Daily price and stock files from UK tyre wholesalers are loaded automatically. Each tyre is priced from whichever supplier is cheapest that day, and stock is the suppliers added together.

Online booking into a diary

Fitting slots are booked on the site and land in the bay diary. The job board shows what is in the bays now and what is next.

Invoicing and stock

Invoices, payments, a stock ledger with low-stock alerts and a pricing engine that applies your margin rules.

DVSA MOT history

Expiry date, every past test, advisories and mileage from a number plate. Advisories for tyres are next month’s tyre sale.

Ally answers the phone questions

The AI assistant quotes from your price list, answers “do you have these in stock” and takes the booking, in the customer’s own language.

Straight answers

Questions tyre shops ask first.

Most tyre shops start on the Shopfront tier. Every tier is the same system with more of it switched on, so moving up is a setting, not a rebuild. Full pricing.

Which tyre wholesalers does AIWheelTech connect to?
It loads the daily price and stock file that a wholesaler emails or publishes, so any supplier that provides one can be added with a column mapping. Two UK wholesalers are loaded daily today, covering more than 37,000 supplier lines.
Does it tell staff which supplier to order from?
Yes. For each tyre on an order the CRM shows the cheapest supplier that can fill the whole quantity, and the shortfall if nobody can.
Can I use only the tyre data on the website I already have?
Yes. Registration lookup is £25 a month, and the tyre and fitment API starts free and is £99 a month for full fitment. Neither needs an AIWheelTech website.
What does a tyre shop website cost?
From £495 to build and £99 a month. A site with registration lookup, live tyre prices and online booking is £995 to build and £249 a month.
