It greets every visitor, works out exactly what they drive, and recommends only wheels and tyres that genuinely fit — then builds the basket, adds the fitting kit, and walks them to checkout.

It isn’t a scripted chatbot. Ally is grounded in Torque’s audited fitment data and Forge’s product intelligence, so it never guesses a PCD or invents a size. And it does all of this in 120+ languages, automatically detecting and replying in the customer’s own language — every bit of inference running in-house on our own hardware, never a per-token bill to a foreign API.

STEP 3

Build the complete basket

Wheels, tyres, fitting kit, spacers, locking bolts and TPMS — added in the right combination, so nothing’s missing when the parcel arrives.

STEP 4

Hand off to checkout

Ally takes the customer all the way to a fitment-correct cart, then hands to your normal checkout. You keep the payment flow; Ally does the selling.
