Overview

The Audi Q2 is a subcompact luxury crossover SUV developed by Audi AG, manufactured from 2016 to April 2026. Built on the Volkswagen Group's MQB A1 platform, it was first unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show and produced in Ingolstadt, Germany; Foshan, China (as Q2L); and Relizane, Algeria. The Q2 features a front-wheel or all-wheel drive layout with petrol and diesel engines, complemented by an electric variant called Q2L e-tron available since November 2019. It is positioned in the European market but not sold in North America.
