Overview
The Ford Street-Ka RL2 is part of the first generation of the Ford Ka, manufactured from 1996 to 2008. It was produced by Ford Motor Company and later by Fiat in Tychy, Poland starting from 2008 for the second generation. The first generation was based on the Mark 3 Ford Fiesta platform but featured a unique exterior design inspired by Ghia's Saetta show car. This model includes variants such as the StreetKa convertible and SportKa hatchback, which were introduced in 2003 to diversify the Ka brand with sportier body kits and improved handling.
