Kia Stonic wheel fitment — YB, YB-KMD
Overview
The Kia Stonic is a subcompact crossover hatchback manufactured by Kia Motors since 2017. It made its debut at the International Motor Show Germany in 2017 and was released later that year. The Stonic shares its platform with the fourth generation Kia Rio, offering four engine options: turbocharged petrol engines of 1.0L and 1.4L capacities, a 1.6L diesel engine, and a mild hybrid version introduced in 2020. It was discontinued in South Korea due to poor sales but continued production elsewhere.
History & notable variants
The Stonic made its debut at the International Motor Show Germany in 2017 and was released in South Korea on July 13, 2017. In China, it is marketed as the Kia KX1 with slight modifications for the local market. A facelifted model debuted in Pakistan in November 2021. Production moved from Gwangmyeong to Seosan in 2023 due to EV production retooling at the former plant. The second facelift was unveiled on September 1, 2025.
Kia Stonic wheel fitment
Everything below is what the fit-check uses for Kia Stonic wheel fitment: the factory bolt spec first, then the width and offset window that clears the arches and the brakes on the Kia Stonic YB, YB-KMD.
| Bolt pattern (PCD) | 4x100 |
| Centre bore | 54.1 mm |
| Bolt / thread | M12x1.5 (nuts) |
| Seat type | tapered |
| Factory setup | square |
| TPMS | direct |
Aftermarket wheel sizes — read per position:
| Position | Width | Offset |
|---|---|---|
| Front | 6.5J–8J | ET35–ET50 |
Width and offset move together: roughly 8 to 10 ET more for every extra 1J keeps the wheel inside the arch. Final offset and any spacer come from the fit-check.
