Overview
The Mercedes-Benz B-Class is a subcompact executive MPV manufactured since 2005. The third generation (W247) was launched in October 2018 at the Paris Motor Show. It features an improved design with a shorter front overhang and advanced infotainment systems including MBUX, but removed its all-electric configuration for a plug-in hybrid option.

History & notable variants
The W247 generation received a facelift for the 2023 model year, introducing minor exterior changes to headlights and taillights, along with an updated interior and improved infotainment system. The manual transmission was removed as part of Mercedes-Benz's plan to phase out manuals.
