Mercedes GLS-Class wheel fitment comes down to two things: the factory hub spec, and how far the aftermarket width and offset can move from it. Both are here for the Mercedes GLS-Class 166 (2013–2019).

Aftermarket wheel sizes — read per position:

Go wider and the offset has to rise with it, about 8 to 10 ET per extra 1J, or the wheel pokes past the arch. The fit-check settles the exact offset and any spacer.
Overview
The Mercedes-Benz GLE, formerly known as the M-Class (designated with the 'ML' nomenclature), is a mid-size luxury SUV produced by Mercedes-Benz since 1997. It slots in between the smaller GLC and larger GLS models within the brand's lineup. The third generation of this model, designated W166, was introduced in April 2015 at the New York Auto Show following a facelift from its previous iteration (W164). This generation moved to a unibody platform while sharing components with the GL-Class and E-Class models. Production initially took place in Stuttgart for European and Australian markets before shifting entirely to Mercedes-Benz U.S. International's plant near Vance, Alabama.
