Overview

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupé/Cabrio (W221) is part of the seventh generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, produced from 2006 to 2014. This generation was manufactured at the Sindelfingen plant in Germany and marked a significant evolution in luxury car design and technology. The coupé model replaced the CL-Class that had been separated from the S-Class line in 1996 but later reintegrated, while the convertible variant was introduced as the first since 1972.
