Vauxhall Insignia wheel fitment — Insignia-A 0G-A
Vauxhall Insignia wheel fitment
Vauxhall Insignia wheel fitment comes down to two things: the factory hub spec, and how far the aftermarket width and offset can move from it. Both are here for the Vauxhall Insignia-A 0G-A (2008–2017).
| Bolt pattern (PCD) | 5x120 |
| Centre bore | 67.1 mm |
| Bolt / thread | M14x1.5 (nuts) |
| Wheel-bolt torque | 120 Nm |
| Seat type | tapered |
| Factory setup | square |
| TPMS | direct |
Aftermarket wheel sizes — read per position:
| Position | Width | Offset |
|---|---|---|
| Front | 6.5J–9.5J | ET30–ET45 |
As a rule, each extra 1J of width wants roughly +8 to 10 ET to keep the wheel tucked. The exact offset and any spacer are confirmed by the fit-check.
Overview
The Vauxhall Insignia-A (also known as Opel Insignia) is a large family car developed and produced by Opel from 2008 to 2022, serving as the flagship model above Astra and Corsa in size. The first generation (G09; 2008) was launched at the British International Motor Show in London on July 23, 2008, and went on sale for the 2009 model year as a five-door liftback and estate variant. It was built on the GM Epsilon II platform and produced in Rüsselsheim, Germany.
