Overview

The Volkswagen Crafter is a large light commercial vehicle produced by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles from 2006 to 2017. It replaced the Volkswagen Transporter LT and was initially based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with engines provided by Volkswagen Group. The first generation Crafter was available in various body styles including panel van, minibus, double cab, and chassis models.
